| How to purchase Gift Cards |
To purchase a gift card please open up a free customer account. If you order a gift card with a guest account we are not able to send you the electronic code.
As soon as you have bought a gift card it will be activated after successful payment. The amount appears under your shopping cart. Now, by using the link "gift cards ", you can dispatch the desired amount by e-mail. |
How to dispatch Gift Cards |
To dispatch a gift card, please click on the link " gift card dispach " in your shopping cart. To dispatch a gift card, we need the following information from you: Given name and surname of the receiver. Valid e-mail address of the receiver. The desired amount (you can also dispatch partial amount of your credit). You can personalise the gift card by writing to the receiver. Please, check your information once again before mailing. You can straigthen out your specifications anytime before sending them.

How to pay with a Gift Card |
As soon as you dispose of a credit, you can use this for the payment of your order. During the order process you have the possibility to cash in your credit. If the credit lies under the goods value, you must choose your preferential mode of payment for the difference. Of course if your credit exceeds the goods value, the rest credit is available to you for your next order. |
How to cash in a Gift Card |
If you have received a gift card via e-mail, you are able to encash the amount as follows: 1.) click on the link given in the e-mail. If you do not have a personal customer account yet, you can open up an account (of course your personal customer account is free of charge). 2.) After you have laid a product in the shopping cart, you can enter your gift card code.
